The International Fleet Green Award 2011 went to 3M Europe, represented by Holger Wiegand, Sourcing Operations Manager, and Christiane Decleyre, European Sourcing Coordinator-Travel & Fleet Services. This Award rewards a project focusing on eco-friendliness in fleet management, balancing overall cost optimisation with ecological aims. Stéphane Chesnel, Director Citroën Business International, handed over the trophy to the winner.
The second prize in the category International Fleet Green Award 2011 was carried off by Novo Nordisk, represented by Anya Kiss, Lead Negotiator Corporate Sourcing. She got the award from Philippe Bottequin, Group Business Developement Director at Fleet Logistics.
3M Europe and Novo Nordisk have achieved a significant CO2-reduction over the previous years without compromising driver satisfaction.
