A major appointment has taken place in the American car industry. General Motors has announced that it has appointed Ed Peper to the post of General Manager, Fleet and Commercial Operations. Ed Peper’s most recent position was as General Sales Manager for Cadillac, a function he has undertaken since mid 2009. He had also previously worked for Chevrolet and for Saab Cars USA.
