An independent survey carried out by Heliview in the Netherlands has shown that Arval comes out on top in terms of the satisfaction levels of customers of full service leasing companies. The service and contact qualities are cited as particularly attractive, and in particular staff friendliness and conduct, telephone accessibility, and staff expertise. The study involved six leasing companies and 600 fleet operators. This is the sixth consecutive time Arval has topped the list.
