Berlin Police opts for Prius
|
 Using the phrase ‘Blue is now driving Green’, Toyota has announced that the Berlin Police has taken delivery of three Prius hybrid cars. This police department is endeavouring to reduce its emissions of CO2, and the three Prius models join eight other alternative power vehicles in the fleet. It is also planned to add further vehicles next year which emit less than 120 grams of CO2 per km. The Prius emits no CO2 at low speeds, gibing it an average across mixed motoring of 89 grams.
