In the first half of 2017, Arval witnessed 30% growth in outsource contracts within its portfolio, an unprecedented increase, spurred on by companies wanting to reduce cost and focus on their core business. The re-design of Arval Outsourcing Solutions, now available in all Arval markets, should provide another incentive for further growth. The Solutions consist of three modules:
→ To the Road: driver assistance before vehicle delivery, making sure the driver is knowledgeable about budget allowances, company car policy, vehicle selection and Arval tools and apps; and offering help during the configuration and quotation of the car.
→ On the Road: proactive services booking, handling of admin, eco and safety trainings and other aspects of day-to-day vehicle management.
→ Off the Road: prepping the driver for the return of the vehicle.
AOS offers company drivers support and guidance, while providing their employers with peace of mind. The modules come with strict guarantees on service delivery and cost control. By connecting vehicle fleets via Arval Active Link, AOS offers fleet managers the chance to collect and analyse key fleet usage data.
“Our ambition is to make Arval Outsourcing Solutions the service of choice for at least 50% of the corporate account market by 2020”, says Philippe Bismut (pictured), CEO of Arval.
