Euromaster launches “connected” service booklet

Euromaster

The Michelin-owned vehicle maintenance and tyre network Euromaster will be launching a new B2B service to complete the Master Access and Master Control service offers. The former allows service centres to invoice registered cars directly to the owner, the latter to automatically and fully respect the scope of the work authorised by the customer.

The so-called connected maintenance booklet will allow B2B customers to anticipate SMR for their entire fleet, considering the vehicle manufacturer’s prescriptions (based on data from Autodata) and taking into account – in real time – the maintenance work that has been performed in the service network, completed by expert’s advice.

The application boasts a predictive calendar, an alert management system and a dashboard, which is entirely configurable. Euromaster considers the tool as key to its further growth in the area of standard maintenance work. It wants to increase its sales in this area from 40 million euros in 2016 to 80 million euros in 2020.
