Renault and Ferrovial launch carsharing in Madrid

Renault has teamed up with Ferrovial Service, the Spain-based transport infrastruture specialist, to launch a carsharing service in Madrid. From October, an initial fleet of 500 Renault Zoe cars will be available to Madrid residents, mainly within the M-30 beltway but also in some adjoining areas.

The new carsharing service combines Ferrovial's expertise in municipal services and eco-friendly solutions with Renault's experience as a leading supplier of electric vehicles. The new Zoe is currently the only mass-marketed EV that has an NEDC range of 400 km, equivalent to about 300 real-world kms.
