Bo Andersson, 53, who resigned from his position as General Motors’ group vice president of global purchasing and supply chain operations last week, has agreed to become chairman of the board of Russian automobile company Gaz. His appointment will be put to the vote at an extraordinary shareholders' meeting to be called after its annual meeting towards the end of June.
