In the next coming months, Electric Vehicles (EV’s) will become available for the mass market. The unstable economic situation and low consumer confidence are not setting an optimal scene for the introduction of the EV’s. Governments are playing their regulating role by incentivizing the purchase and use of EV’s and, by means of their public sector, are envisaging the use of EV’s for their public services.
