LeasePlan gives first GreenPlan Award
|
 LeasePlan Belgium has given its first GreePlan Award to two of its clients : Sharp and Umicore. Both companies have subscribed to LeasePlan’s environment friendly programme, which was launched in 2007. GreenPlan advises fleet managers on eco-responsible policies and vehicle choice in order to reduce CO2 emissions. The programme includes an eco-driving training. LeasePlan has also designed the EcoCalculator, a tool to calculate the CO2 footprint of the fleet over the past quarter.

It is a great initiative to reward companies that are actively working on greening the fleet. We look forward to reward more Belgian companies during the Fleet & Business Awards.
