Having recently announced that it was to re-instigate physical auctions, Manheim has now successfully held the first of these, and a second has just been held. The first was on May 5th, when 149 vehicles went under the hammer at Chilly-Mazarin, close to Paris. Some 75% of these were under 2 years old, and almost a third had les than 40,000 km on the clock. Of the cars on sale, 63 were sold to new owners during the auction. The second auction included 200 vehicles.
