As winner of the title ‘International Fleet Manager of the Year 2009’, an honour he received at the Fleet Europe Forum in Amsterdam, Nestlé Global Fleet Solutions Manager Werner Berger had to convince the jury that Nestlé was better than other very worthy candidates. We take a look at what Nestlé set out to do, and why their international fleet policy convinced the jury that it deserved first prize.
