Piaggio has announced the launch of the 300 cc LT version of the MP3 Hybrid. Following in the footsteps of the world’s first hybrid scooter launched a year ago, the new model allies a low emissions combustion engine with an electric motor. The combination means that there is no range limit to the scooter. The MP3 LT has seen a certain amount of success in fleets, where it is offered as an alternative to cars (and traffic jams) in some urban environments.
