Norauto intensifies focus on B2B-market

Like its competitor Euromaster, Mobivia’s servicing and tyre network Norauto has its eyes set on the French business-to-business market. That is why it has appointed a B2B director, namely Louis de Lamaëstre, and created a dedicated label for corporate customers: Norauto Pro.

“All business customers, from the self-employed to large accounts, have access to our platform, where they have a dashboard view on their vehicles and can create reports", says Mr Lamaëstre. "They also receive a dedicated reception at our service centres and can make use of a courtesy car, in most cases a BMW i3 or a Renault Zoé.”

Depending on the fleet size, customers benefit from discounts on service, tyres, glass and related products. Moreover, all costs are centralised and aggregated in one monthly invoice.
