Prius tops reliability survey
|
 Toyota has just received the ‘Golden TÜV Award for the second consecutive year. The annual awards by this German technical inspection agency saw 18 Toyota models occupy top ten spots in five vehicle categories. These awards consider the level of defects found in cars, and as an example, in the two to three year old cars category, the Prius took top spot with just 1.9% of models tested showing any signs of defect. Toyota Germany president Toshiaka Yasuda spoke of Toyota always striving to offer the best quality and reliability to customers.
