Renault has announced that it has opened a first European test centre for electric vehicles. This is in Boulogne-Billancourt, whose mayor Pierre-Christophe Baguet, was present just before Christmas with Renault director Carlos Tavares for the inauguration ceremony. The centre comprises a showroom for Renault’s expanding range of electric vehicles, along with a test track. From January, members of the public along with Renault staff from across the network, journalists and others will be able to reserve a test drive, either by internet, phone, or directly with the centre itself.
