Walkaround Check app delivers paper-free checking for commercial vehicles
FleetCheck, a leading fleet software and management specialist in the UK, has developed an app for commercial vehicle safety checks that will be presented by at the CV Show 2017 on April 25th at the NEC in Birmingham.
Designed for heavy-goods vans, LCVs, buses and coaches, the Walkaround Check app enables users to schedule, carry out, confirm, follow-up and audit all kinds of vehicle inspections, from daily walkarounds to formal weekly or monthly checks.
The app delivers a completely paper-free checking process, instant visibility of missed checks, uploading of relevant photos from drivers, tailor-made checking for specialist equipment and automated mileage collection to enable accurate forward maintenance planning.
The Walkaround Check App integrates with FleetCheck’s fleet management software, which is already in use by more than 500 customers operating 50,000 vehicles, providing a complete commercial vehicle safety solution.
The Walkaround Check App will be launched alongside Policy Manager, an industry-first automated fleet policy platform, designed to guide companies of all sizes, but especially SMEs, through creating a compliant and operationally effective framework for their fleets.
