Amsterdam subsidises electric cars or vans

The authorities of Amsterdam have introduced a new scheme to subsidise companies that buy electric cars or vans. Passenger cars that drive at least 8,000km in the city and vans that drive into Amsterdam at leat three times a week can apply. Companies need to provide customer declarations, diary print-outs or other proof to support their claims.

The maximum subsidy for one car equals €5,500, a company can ask up to €11,000 worth of subsidies, which do not include charging infrastructure.
