What's on the ROI menu?

The lessons learned in 2022 forced fleet managers to ask one common question: Is your fleet data doing enough for you? If not, why are fleets unable to extract vital insights or apply them when they are obtained?

The first Masterclass Series on 14 March, moderated by Fleet Europe Editor-in-Chief Steven Schoefs, will present the solid formula for achieving the right ROI, which is directly aligned with a fleet's sustainability, efficiency and safety. Fleet managers will have an intact view of attaining the right ROI through three learning sessions.

14:10-14:30 - Picturing the value of data: Discovering the importance of data and utilising it for efficient fleet management. The session will be hosted by Jack Palmer, Senior Consultant at Frost & Sullivan. An expert in connected car and demand-on mobility, Palmer works within the European Mobility & Transportation Team on several domains, including market forecasting and competitor analysis.

14:30-15:00 - The ROI of your connected fleet: Discover how to apply connected tech for the right ROI through expert presentations. Mathieu Chènebit, CEO of Echoes, will host the session. Echoes gather data from connected vehicles by bypassing in-vehicle hardware installation and harmonising it into a universal format. Chènebit will share tips for successfully harvesting the connected data and reaping the fruits to receive a solid ROI.

15:00-15:30 - How to maximise the ROI of your connected fleet: Tips for building the strategy to achieve a tangible ROI. Cyrille Leplatois, Group Head of Network and Fleet Digitalization at Europcar Mobility Group, will host the session. An expert on the digitalisation of network operations through the connected car and digital station programs, Leplatois will discuss the strategies for utilising a robust connectivity structure for maximising ROI.
