New IFMI E-Paper: How to implement post- COVID fleet trends

Working from home, extended fleet contracts, electrification, smart mobility or not… after 18 months of COVID-19 pandemic corporate fleet managers are facing a tsunami of challenges and opportunities. On top of all this, there is the semiconductor chip shortage. This means corporate fleet managers will need to re-evaluate their vehicle fleet strategy.

On 9 November 2021, a group of 47 international fleet managers from across Europe came together in Brussels for an IFMI Masterclass, where they shared their experiences about post-COVID fleet management and the impact of the semiconductor chip shortage, with the goal to find solutions to these challenges.

After some robust brainstorming and discussion, the corporate fleet managers in attendance reached a clear understanding on how to proceed with their strategies in 2022, presented in the latest IFMI E-Paper
