UK based Monks Contractors switches to MiX Telematics

UK based waste management company Monks Contractors has switched its telematics provider to MiX Telematics to access comprehensive fleet management solutions and increase efficiency through connected technology. 

The partnership will enable Monks Contractors to access real-time vehicle tracking data, hours of service (HOS) compliance management and industry-specific customer support for connected vehicles. 

Having more than 25 years of experience in their respective industries, MiX Telematics and Monks Contractors aim to improve environmental sustainability. For Monks Contractors, one key aspect of choosing MiX Telematics is increasing driver safety by utilising real-time driver coaching capability in the connected vehicles in its fleet. 

Telematics will enable a reward system for drivers.

Monks Contractors is ambitiously setting a coaching and rewarding system for its drivers and implementing MiX Telematics' real-time in-cab coach and the post-trip MyMiX drive engagement application to observe and improve driver behaviour. 

MiX Telematics welcomed the partnership with Monks Contractors as the SaaS provider expanded its global network of more than 130 fleet partners.
