PSA launches self-reception dealership experience

At two pilot locations in France, PSA Retail has launched a self-service solution, allowing customers to drop off and pick up their car 24/7 and to make payments. The locations are in Massy-Palaiseau (Ile-de-France) and Marseille.

The project is backed by Groupe PSA's Business Lab with the support of PSA Retail and the Peugeot and Citroën brands.
