Europcar Global Driver Services solves first-and-last-km problem
The first and last kilometers of a trip can be the trickiest pieces of the mobility puzzle. Europcar now offers Global Driver Services to simplify the start and finish of their customers' trips.
Europcar Global Driver Services allows Europcar customers to book a chauffeur for the first and/or last kilometres of their trips. For example, as a shuttle service between the train station and the airport, or for a few hours of shopping in between two flights.
The service is already available in some European countries, and soon across the entire Europcar network. It can be used by both B2B and B2C customers, and is available at europcar.com.
The new service has three service levels, each catering for a different budget: economy, business and first class. All service levels have best-in-class professional drivers, insurance, direct confirmation and flexibility in both modification and cancellation.

The new service was developed in cooperation with Brunel, a London-based company operating globally within ride-hailing markets. Brunel was acquired by Europcar in 2016.
Leveraging the benefits of Brunel's technology platform, Europcar has developed its driver service offer to provide its customers with a seamless end-to-end global travel solution. For the rental company, it's one more step towards meeting new-mobility demands.
