In Lisbon, women in fleet will celebrate success with breakfast meeting
IWIF – short for Inspiring Women In Fleet – is an initiative that recognizes, celebrates and encourages the growing contributions of women to the fleet industry.
- At 8 am on 23 November 2023, the second day of the Fleet Europe Days, the women of the European fleet community are all invited to an Inspiring Women in Fleet breakfast meeting. Check out the entire programme for the Fleet Europe Days here.

Not even that long ago, there wouldn’t have been enough women at a fleet event to fill a breakfast table. At the Fleet Europe Days (22-23 November in Lisbon), they’ll fill an entire hotel breakfast room.
It’s a sign of the progress women are making in the industry. But it’s also a measure of the changing attitudes within fleet itself: more inclusivity and representation is good for companies, as a starting point for future success.
The breakfast meeting in Lisbon will be the fourth live event under the banner of Inspiring Women In Fleet, following its debut at last year’s Fleet Europe Summit in Dublin, plus gatherings at the Global Fleet Conference in Cascais and the Fleet LatAm Conference in Mexico City, both earlier this year.
IWIF is a place for women to share success stories, offer advice and support, and enjoy each other’s company. Reasons enough to join this year’s IWIF breakfast in Lisbon!
