New CCO and CFO at Alphabet
Important changes at the top of Alphabet International. From 1 January, BMW Group’s captive lessor has both a new CCO and CFO.
Markus Deusing (pictured left) is Alphabet’s new Chief Commercial Officer. He succeeds Richard Schooling, who will be appointed a new role at Alphabet UK.
Mr Deusing has been with the Group since 2005, holding various leadership positions at BMW AG and Alphabet Germany. He has acquired extensive experience in sales development, mobility, innovation, product management, marketing and communications.
Previously, he was Head of Business Development and Marketing for International Corporate and Special Sales at BMW Group. In his new role, Mr Deusing will focus on Alphabet’s core business, and take on the responsibility for the strategic coordination and development of all Alphabet markets.
Juan Ridao Alonso (pictured right) is Alphabet’s new Chief Financial Officer. He succeeds Dr. Martin Stremplat, who will remain CFO at Alphabet Germany.
Mr Ridao Alonso started with BMW Group in 2001 in Financial Services. He has held various executive financial positions for the Group in the UK, Mexico and Spain, gaining experience in controlling, accounting, risk management and credit, among other fields. In his previous role, he was Head of Credit Management at Alphabet International.
