For fleet and mobility managers who want to keep their finger on the pulse, there's only one event they can't afford to miss: the Fleet Europe Summit. This year's event sees the introduction of a number of interesting novelties.
The 2018 Fleet Europe Summit takes place in Barcelona on 27 and 28 November. Registrations for the summit are now open!
Test drives
For the first time in the summit's history, fleet decision-makers will have the opportunity to test drive electric vehicles. Few people in the industry will still contest the potential of electric vehicles, but what are they like behind the wheel? You can find out on 27 November during a test drive or on the 28 November during a showcase.
Exclusive opening
Also on 27 November, following the test drives, is the grand opening of the Fleet Europe Village. Participants of the test drives and of the IFMI, speakers, awards candidates, jury members, media partners, ... they will all gather between 6pm and 8pm to network and to get to know each other.
Expertise
The following day, participants will be submerged in new and enlightening content in the fields of fleet and mobility management in both the auditorium and the village. Are you ready for tomorrow's car payment models? What if the future is more than just electric? When and why will your fleet be autonomous? Those are just some of the questions that will be answered by expert speakers.
Start-ups
In the afternoon, a number of selected start-ups will present what services and products their company has to offer. The best will take home the start-up of the year award.
Awards
For the first time, the industry award nominees will also present their case, followed by an awards ceremony. Later that day, the awards for fleet managers will be presented.
Gala Dinner
All work and no play makes Jack a dull fleet manager. That's why the summit will be closed by the traditional Fleet Europe Gala Dinner, held this year in Codorniu, a name that will ring a bell if you are a cava enthusiast. The dinner will be followed by the yearly industry afterparty, this year graciously hosted by Sixt.
