Heim heads ALD Board of Directors

In line with announcements on 28 March and following approval at a shareholder meeting on 22 May, ALD confirms the following decisions relative to its Board of Directors:

• Philippe Heim (pictured) has been appointed as director.
• The cooptation of Bernardo Sanches-Incera and Laura Carrère as directors has been ratified. 
• The appointment of the following directors has been renewed: Karine Destre-Bohn, Patricia Lacoste and Mike Masterson.

Following the shareholder meeting, the Board of Directors elected Philippe Heim as its new Chairman, replacing Didier Hauguel, who will remain as director. As a result of these changes, ALD’s Board of Directors now counts 10 members: the seven persons mentioned above, plus Xavier Durand, Nathalie Leboucher and Christophe Périllat. 

ALD’s Board of Directors is an administrative body distinct from its Executive Committee, which consists of the following seven executives: Mike Masterson, Tim Albertsen, John Saffrett, Gilles Bellemère, Gilles Momper, Hans van Beeck and Guillaume de Léobardy.
