Stéphane Chemama is new MD of Athlon, France

Stéphane Chemama joins Athlon as Managing Director of Athlon France and Member of the Athlon Executive Committee

His appointment becomes effective on 19th June 2023 when Chemama takes over as Managing Director of Athlon France, succeeding Bruno Morizur, who continues his career as Managing Director of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services France. In addition to his responsibility for the French market, Stéphane Chemama will join the Athlon Executive Committee, which steers the Athlon Group, reporting to CEO Christian Schüler.

Stéphane Chemama has over 20 years of experience in the mobility sector, having held leadership positions at BNP Paribas. Most recently, he was Global Partnership Director, steering Jaguar Land Rover Financial Services across nine European markets. He started his career at PSA Peugeot Citroën. Chemama holds an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School and a Master of Science in Management from SKEMA Business School.
