Lab Box adds CarASAP at portfolio

Lab Box, the Belgian startup incubator of D’Ieteren Auto has added CarASAP to its portfolio. The acquisition will upgrade the B2B platform for private drivers even more.

CarASAP

CarASAP offers on-demand private drivers to companies, moreover the rides are provided by cars of the premium segment. In addition, all drivers belong to a selected network of experienced and licensed drivers. At the moment more than 250 companies are counting on the services of CarASAP, which are provided by about 300 independent drivers.

Altough particular customers could download the app and ask for a ride as well, the main target is B2B customers, who can use the service outside office hours. The acquisition by Lab Box will not only expand the B2B customers but aims to improve the technology as well. However, the fully digitised platform, available via app, website and phone, is already very efficient and convenient to use.

Lab Box

CarASAP fits perfectly in the wider array of mobility solutions developed by Lab Box. The Belgian incubator of VW importer D’Ieteren Auto is developing a wide array of mobility solutions, and the B2B platform for private drivers could answer one of the current mobility demands.

Other services developed by Lab Box include free floating car and scooter sharing service Poppy, online leasing of second-hand cars Lizy, smart corporate fleet management MyMove, Mobility as a Service PikAway and even autonomous vehicles.
