Volkswagen Pon Financial Services buys XLLease

Volkswagen Pon Financial Services, the third leasing company in the Netherlands, has taken over XLLease.

XLLease, number 20 on the Dutch leasing company ranking with over 4,000 contracts and 35 employees, was part of Autohaas Group. It includes the mobility brands XLLease, XLRent and XLEasy.

Before the takeover, VWPFS managed a fleet of 93,593 vehicles.

The takeover is subject to approval by the Dutch authorities.
