Sixt Mobility Consulting expands teams across Europe
Sixt Mobility Consulting (SMC) has appointed new management personnel for its subsidiaries in Austria, France and the Netherlands. The additions are part of the company's strategy to expand its innovative and fully digital fleet management across Europe.
- In Austria, Rainer Pflügler has been appointed Managing Director of the local SMC subsidiary. Previously, he was MD of various Porsche Inter Auto subsidiaries in Upper Austria.
- In France, Philippe Huillard was appointed Chief Sales Officer at the French SMC subsidiary. Over the previous 20 years, he has held various managerial positions at ALD France, most recently as Sales Director for LCVs.
- In the Netherlands, Bas Bogerd was appointed Chief Commercial Officer at the Dutch SMC subsidiary. He has held various positions at Athlon over the past decade, most recently as Business Consultant Mobility for Athlon International.
Each of the three new appointees will serve as the first point of contact for corporate fleets of more than 50 vehicles in their respective markets.
They will aim to expand SMC's range of services, customer support and business volume. Mr Pflügler has also been tasked with expanding SMC's Austrian business into Eastern Europe via the subsidiaries of its customers.
