Jarno Pajunen from Nokia wins European Smart Mobility Manager of the Year award

Jarno Pajunen, Global Category Manager at Nokia, was awarded the prize for European Smart Mobility Manager of the Year at the 2019 Fleet Europe Summit in Estoril on 7 November.

The Global Travel & Fleet team at Nokia has the strategic ownership of the fleet category and as such responsible for more than 12,000 cars. But the fleet strategy today is more than company cars, combining Travel, Fleet, Mobility and Commuting topics in an intelligent way. Nokia are moving from Fleet Management to Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) and even Benefit-as-a-Service (BaaS) offering, ensuring affordable TCO, reduced carbon footprint and attractive, future oriented benefit offering, meeting the expectations of current and future employees of Nokia.

The accolade was presented by Sven Kunath, Head of Group Fleet Sales International at Volkswagen Group.
