Aviapartner chooses electric Citroëns at Brussels airport
Aviapartner, one of Europe's largest ground handling companies, has chosen Citroën as the supplier of its electric vans and small cars at Zaventem Airport in Brussels. The C-Zeros and E-Berlingos Multispace will transport crew, luggagea and so-called red caps - people in charge of communication with the flight deck while the plane is on the ground.
Local Citroën dealer Van Kelst Automotive and Free2Move Lease Belgium together made an offer for the delivery of 50 vehicles at Brussels Airport. All vehicles have an electronically limited top speed of 30 km/h - a limit that is enforced by speed cameras on the Brussels tarmac.
