Aiways and Arval align to attract more fleet business

Following its successful launch in Europe, Aiways is setting out to attract private customers and increase the commercial and fleet customer share of the Aiways U5 SUV. Digital and customised services will be provided by Arval and sales partner Euronics.

You can now secure your place at the Fleet Europe Summit, Dublin - 16-17th November, 2022.

In addition to vehicle leasing, customers can book various maintenance and repair services, up to full-service leasing. The service will begin in Germany in Q3, 2022, and similar solutions are planned for other European markets.

Reliability and cost transparency

The new leasing program ensures planning security and full cost transparency by fixing the leasing rate and assuming the residual value risk; an issue that has been a barrier to electro-mobility in the past.

Leasing offer supports growing model range

Dr. Alexander Klose, Executive Vice President of Overseas Operations at Aiways, said: “We have more than 10,000 orders for our European markets alone, which we plan to deliver before the end of the year. In view of the fact that leasing accounts for a good 70 percent of total sales in the market, this offers us good growth potential. We are therefore pleased to have Arval Deutschland as an established partner at our side.”

Christian Schüßler, Director Strategic Partnerships, Arval commented: “This is very much in line with Arval’s strategy of expanding its sales model through partnerships with vehicle manufacturers and developing sustainable mobility offerings. We see great potential for Aiways in the area of electric mobility.”
