AutoBinck Group Expands Its Sustainable Portfolio with Acquisition of EV Company

In a strategic move to bolster its sustainable business portfolio, AutoBinck Group, headquartered in Utrecht, has finalised the acquisition of EV Company. 

The signing of the contract marks a significant milestone in AutoBinck's eco-conscious initiatives. This acquisition sees EV Company integrated into AutoBinck Group's Ebinck division.

EV Company, a venture founded by its current CEO Maarten Schuring, in 2014, has made substantial strides in electric vehicle charging solutions. Operating from its offices in Aalsmeer, EV Company has been at the forefront of providing charging solutions to corporate and private markets. The company's services encompass advisory, delivery, installation, and management of charging solutions for its clientele.

Strong sustainability leadership

Under the leadership of Schuring, EV Company serves clients, including leasing companies such as MKB Lease and Arval, as well as large fleet owners like Strukton, Spie, and Plieger. Additionally, it has forged partnerships with numerous corporations and real estate entities.

Schuring expressed his enthusiasm regarding this strategic collaboration: "I am pleased to have found a strong partner like AutoBinck Group for the next stage of EV Company's growth." Schuring will continue in his role as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

Hans Kwaad, current Chief Business Development Officer at AutoBinck Group, will assume the CEO role at EV Company.
