These are the 7 finalists for the 2020 Car of the Year award

Every year, a professional jury of automotive journalists elects the European Car of the Year, the winner of which is announced at the Geneva Motor Show.

For the 2020 edition, the jury selected the following finalists:

Interestingly, two of the seven candidates are 100% electric, namely the Taycan and the Model 3, whereas the rest can either be had as an EV model (208), a hybrid (Puma, Corolla, Clio) or a plug-in hybrid (1 Series).
