Two major appointments at Arval
Arval has appointed Ronan Perrier (pictured left) as the Director of its International Consulting and Mobility Observatory divisions, and Oana Duma (right) as the Head of the Mobility Observatory. Mr Perrier’s role is effective immediately, while Ms Duma will assume her new position in December.
In his previous role, Mr Perrier was Arval’s Head of Mobility for Corporate. A graduate of the IAE Aix-Marseille School of Management, he has a decade of experience in the car financing industry. In 2016, Mr Perrier joined BNP Paribas Group, first at the auto finance business unit of Personal Finance. In 2019, he joined Arval, where he has been responsible for developing alternative mobility and MaaS solutions.
In his new position, Mr Perrier will lead an international team to provide market insights to the industry, and offer guidance to clients on their sustainability strategy.
Until her new appointment, Ms Duma was International Business Development Manager at Arval’s International Business Office (IBO). After graduating from the University of Bucharest, she joined Arval Romania in 2010, working in the Finance and Commercial departments. She joined the Arval IBO in Paris in 2018 and in her previous role there, which she held since 2020, she actively identified and implemented mobility, electrification and connectivity solutions for a wide range of international customers.
In her new role, Ms Duma will be responsible for the Arval Mobility Observatory, an authoritative platform for the exchange of research and information in the fleet and mobility industry. She replaces Yaël Bennathan, who headed Arval's Mobility Observatory sinc 2019, and is now Head of International Pricing and Tender at Arval's International Business Office.
