Total Fleet becomes Total Mobility

From 1 September, Total’s fleet management division will be known as Total Mobility. The name change also heralds a change in scope.

Total Fleet was only renamed in February 2019, having operated under the banner Total GR before. Because of the fast-evolving fleet and mobility market, however, Total felt that name no longer covered the cargo.

The change will be more than a new name, explained Philippe Callejon, mobility and new energy manager, Total France to Journal Auto: “We will accompany companies in all their mobility-related expenses.”

An example of a new service Total Mobility will offer is installing charging stations, both at company premises and at employer’s homes. “We’re opening up to a larger offering and we will gradually develop our ecosystem,” said Mr Callejon.

To date, around 140,000 companies use the services of Total Mobility in France.

Total Mobility launched in France first but neighbouring countries like Germany and the Benelux countries are set to follow.
