TVM and Fixico digitise vehicle repair management
Fixico and TVM Belgium have announced a partnership, which will allow TVM to centralise and digitise its repair process.
With an international ecosystem of specialised vehicle repair shops, Fixico is Europe’s leading digital car repair management platform. With over 81,000 vehicles in portfolio, TVM is a leading transport and logistics vehicle insurer in Belgium and Luxembourg.
TVM’s customers, who include vehicle brokers and vehicle repair specialists in both countries, can now connect via Fixico’s end-to-end platform, reducing cycle times and costs, and allowing for more transparency and control over their entire claim intake and repair journeys.
Repair experience
“At TVM, we always look for innovative ways to improve our services, and leverage digital solutions wherever possible,” said Frank van Nueten (pictured), Managing Director of TVM Belgium. “We are building an infrastructure with best-in-the-market solutions, and so we’ve partnered with Fixico to offer our customers the best repair experience possible”.
The Fixico platform streamlines the entire repair journey, from choosing a repair shop over scheduling an appointment to keeping clients and drivers updated. The platform also allows all parties involved to communicate seamlessly with each other.
TVM Group has been managing vehicle claims since 1962 and has developed a wide network of preferred repairers of its own. This will now be integrated into Fixoco’s platform. Fixico’s dynamic repair allocation infrastructure will allow TVM to allocate repairs more efficiently, based on such criteria as availability, expertise, specialisation and price.
