What is Fair about Wear and Tear? Check out our webinar to find out!

The lease industry is all about eliminating uncertainty – for clients, suppliers and not least for lease companies themselves. However, end-of-lease inspections, when vehicles are checked for wear and tear, are a major source of unwelcome surprises.
It is only fair that used vehicles should show signs of use. But there is a level of wear and tear above and beyond this, which requires repairs. The costs involved constitute a financial burden for the lease company, with implications for profitability and prices.
Which damages are considered fair and which aren't? That simple question has a great relevance, not in the least because the answers to it are so varied.
CARA, the European Car Remarketing Association, is aiming to establish Fair Wear and Tear standards that apply throughout the industry, across national and sectoral boundaries.
For an update on this crucial matter, tune in to our webinar, introduced by Steven Schoefs, Chief Editor of Fleet Europe and presented by Wolfgang Reinhold, President of CARA.
Mr. Reinhold, pictured, will give an overview of the current situation, relaying facts and figures and pointing out tips and tricks. Webinar participants will have the opportunity to put their questions directly to the speaker after the presentation.
Do not miss this opportunity to learn more about the present and future state of this crucial element of the Remarketing process.
