Deal with Allane: 10,000 extra cars for AUTO1

AUTO1.com, Europe’s largest platform for wholesale used-car trading, has made a deal with Allane that secures an additional supply of 10,000 used lease returns and fleet vehicles per year. 

Under the agreement, which takes effect immediately, Allane’s vehicle inventory is integrated into AUTO1’s online offer as a catalogue auction (i.e. a separate, automated real-time auction).   

For Allane Mobility Group, formerly known as Sixt Leasing, the deal means expanding its remarketing network to include AUTO1’s more than 60,000 active buyers in 30 markets across Europe.

The catalogue auction will take place weekly throughout Europe and include 250 to 300 high-quality leasing and fleet vehicles of various brands and models. During a seven-day ‘catalogue phase’, buyers can examine the vehicles, put them on a watch list and place bids. In a ‘turbo phase’, every Thursday at 11 am, all vehicles are presented one after the other, giving buyers one last opportunity to bid. Vehicles can be delivered throughout Europe via AUTO1’s logistics network.
