Renewed and extended partnership between Ford and ARC Europe

B2B roadside assistance specialist ARC Europe Group will become the Roadside Assistance Provider for Ford in the Euro 20 markets for an initial period. Ford and ARC Europe signed their first Framework Agreement in 2005, and the cooperation has been prolonged and expanded throughout the years. Focus of the renewed partnership will lie in digitalisation, connectivity, and tailored customer services like services adapted to electric vehicles and the offering for corporate fleet customers. 

In all, ARC Europe Group is expected to cover nearly 1.5 Million New Vehicles (PC and LCV) yearly, plus 2.5 Million vehicles serviced at Ford dealerships.
