Top executives of the Leasys and Free2move Lease consolidation revealed
Leasys and Free2move Lease, which signed the binding agreements to form Europe’s newest leasing company last year, have announced the top executives chosen to lead their partnership.
Opening a new chapter in European mobility, the new company will specialise in multi-brand operational leasing and represent a 50:50 joint venture between Stellantis and Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance, as it is for Leasys.
As announced by Stellantis and Crédit Agricole, the top leadership includes Richard Bouligny as the chairman, Rolando D’Arco as CEO, and Arnaud de Lamothe as the Commercial Deputy CEO.
De Lamothe, who talked to Fleet Europe last year about the plans for the new mobility company, expressed their ambition “to become the European leader in full-service leasing.”
To achieve this goal, the new company aims to reach a fleet of over 1 million vehicles by 2026. When established, combined fleets of Leasys and Free2move Lease will form a fleet of around 830,000 vehicles and be operational in 11 countries.

| Richard Bouligny (Chairman of the NewCo and Deputy CEO – Head of Automotive and Mobility of Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance): Active in the leasing market since 2006, Bouligny served as the Managing Director of DIAC (RCI France), Chief Executive Officer of RRG (Renault Retail Group), Commercial Director of the Renault Group in Europe between 2009 and 2020. Bouligny joined Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance in April 2020 and is the Group Deputy CEO - of Automotive and Mobility of Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance.

Rolando D’Arco (CEO of the NewCo): D’Arco stepped into the leasing market in 1998. After holding several positions in Italy and Portugal, he worked as the Country Manager and Managing Director of FCA Capital France between 2015 and 2020. In July 2020, D’Arco became Head of European Markets and Business Development of FCA Bank and now the current CEO of Leasys. |
Arnaud de Lamothe (Commercial Deputy CEO): Currently leading Free2move Lease, De Lamothe started his career at Renault in 1995 and joined Citroën in 1998. Since De Lamothe held various positions in various countries, including Croatia, France and China, in 2014, he became the Director for the European Citroën and DS Trade. De Lamothe joined Bank PSA Finance as Deputy General Manager in 2017.  |
