Fleetpool uses Openclaims to drive efficiency and service in claims and repair

ALD subsidiary Fleetpool will use Openclaims to digitise its vehicle claims and repair process, aiming to improve efficiency and customer service in those departments.

As one of Europe’s largest providers of car subscriptions, Fleetpool operates a wide variety of brands. Consequently, one of the main objectives of using Openclaims’ Software-as-a-Service platform will be to automate and optimise the various claims and repair processes – a benefit not just for Fleetpool itself, but also for its customers.

Via machine learning, the Openclaims SaaS platform will be able to distribute damaged vehicles to the bodyshops most suited to perform particular kinds of repairs. The platform also generates excellence in customer journeys throughout the claims and repair process.

Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Cologne, Fleetpool was acquired by ALD Automotive in October 2021. The company offers the B2B/B2C brand like2drive, which is open to all customer types and car brands; and eazycars, which is aimed at larger companies offering company cars as incentives.

Fleetpool also offers white-label solutions for selected OEMs, including SEAT (CONQUAR), Toyota (KINTO Flex) and Ford (Ford Auto Abo), all fully integrated with their respective dealer networks
