Join the Smart Mobility Institute: how to define the right MaaS solution

Are you a fleet buyer? Do you want to run a smarter fleet? If the answer is yes both times, come to the next session of the Smart Mobility Institute on 18 and 19 February in Brussels, which will focus on how to shape a real Corporate Mobility policy. The 24-hour Power Event will be chock full of learning and networking opportunities. And it’s free!

Founded by Nexus Communication, the publisher of Fleet Europe and Global Fleet, the Smart Mobility Institute (SMI) aims to accelerate the development of smart mobility within corporates.

Target profiles
This is done by bringing together a cross-functional group of corporate mobility managers with an international responsibility, who then share best practices, benchmark with suppliers, explore new possibilities and inspire each other.

Target profiles for participation in the SMI are international decision-makers across Fleet, Travel, HR (Rewards & Benefit), Facility and Finance departments within large corporations.

Best fit
The next SMI session (18-19 February, Brussels) will focus on what it takes to formulate a genuine Corporate Mobility programme, and what is to be gained by it. Some highlights of the programme (more to follow):

  • Company cars vs mobility benefits – How to decide what fits best?
  • How to implement Change Management to integrate a mobility strategy
  • How do you get all your stakeholders on board in the move to mobility?
  • Speed dating with some of Europe’s most advanced smart mobility providers.

One of the highlights will be a case study presentation by Jarno Pajunen (Global Category Manager, Nokia). Mr Pajunen was the winner of the Smart Mobility Manager of the Year Award at last November’s Fleet Europe Summit. He will be explaining how he builds and implements his award-winning mobility strategy. In a workshop session participants will have the opportunity to discuss the ideal set-up for a corporate MaaS solution.

As mentioned, the event is free, but limited to fleet buyers. For more information, and to register, click here.
