The winner of the Start-up of the year is Fixico

The third edition of the Fleet Europe Smart Mobility Start-Up award goes to Fixico. AppyParking received the second place, and Bestmile joins the podium as 3rd.

The 12 start-up finalists, chosen by our jury of experts of the fleet and automotive industry, had today precisely 4 minutes to present their companies at the Smart Mobility Start-Up stage. 30% of the vote was in the hands of the audience. This led to the following top 3.

Tackling a difficult problem with a simple solution, is what made Fixico win the Start-Up of the Year Award. They received their award from Amar Gupta, VP Sales and Strategic Alliances, AutoFacets.

Fixico’s mission is to offer friction free damage repair by providing a platform for car damage repair handle in Europe.

AppyParking received the second price for its efforts to make parking forgettable by combining curbside management with parking management. Their prize was presented by Erik Maes, General Manager, Renta Solutions.

Bestmile joins the podium for the creation of a smart mobility services platform in which both autonomous, hybrids and human-driven fleets can be managed by all kind of mobility service providers. Bestmile's prize was handed over by Stuart Donnelly, Senior Director Group International Sales Northern Europe and USA, Sixt SE.

Fleet Europe thanks all other participating start-ups for having made their way to Barcelona and for giving the audience the chance to get to know them.
