If you’re looking for guidance on the trends that are reshaping Commercial Fleet and LCV Management, this is where you need to be.
Commercial fleets have always been crucial to the economy. And now we have e-commerce, further boosting their importance. Digital customers – private and corporate – order things online and want them delivered as soon and as conveniently as possible.
That’s increasing the need for seamless transport solutions and intelligent last mile solutions. So, as commercial fleets grow, their fleet managers are confronted with a multitude of challenges – sustainability, electrification, efficiency, utilisation, safety, and driver behaviour.

At the LCV Expert Day, we will be developing answers to the following issues:

  • Efficient LCV management
  • The best way to innovate and electrify
  • Implementing telematics
  • How to focus on safety and security
  • Save on cost and be more sustainable

Join the LCV Expert Day to learn from industry experts, hear from industry-leading LCV fleet managers, discuss and interact with industry peers and business partners, and discover innovative products and services that will boost the efficiency and effectiveness of your Commercial Fleet.

The LCV market in Europe: trends and opportunities

Commercial vehicles and LCV fleets are a cornerstone of the European economy. With the uptake of e-commerce, the demand for LCVs has been surging. But stricter regulation in terms of safety and zero-emission transportation make it more challenging for both OEMs and fleet managers to comply to the regulative framework from Europe and individual member states. What’s to know about the evolution of the LCV market across Europe and what are the challenges and opportunities for LCV electrification?

By Marc Odinius, CEO and owner, Dataforce

10:20 - 10:40 am CET
Why flexibility is the key to success in fleet leasing

Delivery problems, price increases and many service providers in the market – as a fleet manager, it is not easy to keep a clear overview at the moment. That is why it is important to take a very close look at the conditions in fleet leasing. Especially in stressful times with complex fleets, expensive surprises can be avoided in the end by comparing the different leasing solutions. Wouldn't it be helpful if the leasing contract could simply be designed and spontaneously changed as the fleet needs it at the moment? Holman shows how open-end-leasing contracts work and how LCV customers can benefit.

By Malte Schuler, New Business Development Manager, Holman

10:40 - 11:00 am CET
How to match LCV fleet electrification with TCO control

Respecting ESG and Carbon Zero targets with your passenger car fleet in Europe could be complex, but should be an achievable goal. At least for a large part of Europe. For commercial fleets with LCVs it’s a different story. The EV offering needs to expand, the EV range, charging infrastructure and charging capabilities need to be optimised, and possible downtimes need to be resolved before LCV electrification on a larger scale can work. But this doesn’t mean you need to wait before gong green with your LCV fleet.
By Patrik Havranek, Head of Group Fleet Management, ISS Facility Services

Ensuring that your fleet is fit for purpose and fit for the future is one of the most important tasks of today’s LCV fleet managers. Total Cost of Ownership is dead. But no worries: Total Cost of Operation is now the new TCO! It gives us all the qualities to make an informed decision that Total Cost of Ownership provided, but going one step further by including all in-life costs. Join our session to say goodbye to old TCO and welcome the new, improved one!
