5th International Fleet Meeting focuses on Mobility Management

Fleet professionals have an extra reason to visit the Geneva Motor Show: the International Fleet Meeting, now in its fifth edition, on 7 March.

Organised by fleetcompetence europe and aboutFLEET, the 5th International Fleet Meeting will feature two short presentations and a Panel discussion (pictured: IFM 2017)

Added value

However, that is merely the backdrop for even more added value: the ample opportunity the setting provides to network, discuss and learn from each other at the Geneva Motor Show in an informal, yet dedicated setting.

  • The day's programme (subject to change) starts at 9am, with the opening of the Welcome Desk, followed by a networking event at 11am, and two speakers from 11.30am.
  • The first speaker is Michael Müller, Senior Director Head of Mobility & Facilities at Daiichi Sankyo Europe (headquartered in Munich).
  • The second speaker is Marc Odinius, Managing Director of Dataforce (headquartered in Frankfurt).

Vision and Reality

  • The speakers will be followed by a panel discussion at 12.30am, moderated by Thilo von Ulmenstein, Managing Partner fleetcompetence europe (headquartered in Rebstein, Switzerland).

Joining the panel will be Hervé Girardot, Head of Arval Consulting & Corporate Vehicle Observatory; and Vinzenz Pflanz, Vice President Group Sales at Sixt SE. Theme of the discussion: “Mobility Management – Vision and Reality”.

At 1pm, the interactive part of the event resumes, with a lunch buffet and networking opportunity. After the end of the official event at 2pm, there is still opportunity for lounge service for sponsors, media partners and guests.

Limited number
Attendees to the International Fleet Meeting must have a valid admission ticked for the Geneva Auto Show's 2nd press day (7th March), as well as a valid registration for the International Fleet Meeting itself (which includes admission to the event itself, from 9am to 2pm, and to the lunch buffet).
