Stefan Delaet is new Renta president
Renta, the federation of the Belgian vehicle rental industry, has elected Stefan Delaet (pictured) as its new president. Mr Delaet (49) is the CEO of KBC Autolease. He succeeds Miel Horsten, who recently was appointed Group Regional Director by ALD Automotive.
Also new in the Board of Directors: Johan Portier (Managing Director at LeasePlan Belgium), appointed vice president in charge of Renta's Long-Term Rental (Leasing) division.
He replaces Tom Vlaminck (Director Business and Product Development at KBC Autolease), who was appointed to the Board of Directors at Renta Solutions, Renta's ICT subsidiary, together with Stéphane Soille and Erik Maes. The three new board members replace Henri Jeandarme, Michel Van Den Broeck and Pietro Avanzini, whose mandates came to an end.
