Meet the 2019 Fleet Europe Awards finalists

On 15 and 16 October, twelve fleet and mobility managers from across Europe and the world travelled to the Arval headquarters in Brussels. Their mission: convincing the expert jury they deserve one of the Fleet Europe Awards that will be presented in Estoril at the Fleet Europe Summit.

As taxation, technology, user expectations and legislation around fleet and mobility are changing, so are the Awards. They have been revised into the following 6 categories:

1. Global Fleet Manager of the Year rewards the person or the team, managing a fleet at global level and having most successfully developed a global fleet approach
    
2. European Fleet and Mobility Manager of the Year goes to the winner of one of the following 4 prizes:
3. European Optimisation Fleet Manager of the Year goes to the person or team that can show a substantial contribution to the company’s vehicle fleet strategy and execution
4. European Green Fleet Manager of the Year goes to the person or team that can show an improvement related to the emission strategy of the vehicle fleet
5. European Smart Mobility Fleet Manager of the Year goes to the person or team that can show a strategy that goes beyond the vehicle fleet programme
6. European Safety Fleet Manager of the Year goes to the person or team that has contributed to a fleet safety programme with a visible reduction in the number of accidents
